Position Description: Located at our head office in Vaughan (Keele St. and Hwy 7 area), we require an intermediate level internal project coordinator to assist customers through the design, quoting, cut-list, manufacturing, delivery stages of their purchase of our product for their building construction site.
PositionRequirements:
You are a recent graduate of a Architectural/Civil Engineering Technican/Technologist
program, with at least 2 years experience in the trade. The successful
candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication
skills in English (French is an asset). You must be computer (PC)
competent and be able to take direction, and have good organizational
skills. You will liaise with customers to get correct information
(cut-lists, drawings, send out product samples and colour chips.)
for approval. Then produce work orders for our in-house manufacturing
facility. In addition, multiple projects work files must be maintained,
with notes and reports for the salesman responsible for the project.
This position will liaise with production to ensure correct scheduling,
and accurate material quantities before shipping.
