KS39 RW High Rib

APPLICATIONS:
KS39 RW High Rib panels are designed to offer the builder an engineered high performance insulated panel to meet stringent metal roofing/wall needs on commercial and industrial projects. The high rib profile provides high strength and makes greater spans possible. Factory insulated panel design allows simple one component installation on new or retrofit roof/wall applications.

CONSTRUCTION:
KS39 RW High Rib panels are constructed with a non-CFC thermosetting polyurethane insulation that meets US and Canadian building code requirements.

Steel facings are precisely roll formed and foam insulation is expanded between the metal sheets in a state-of-the-art continuous line production sequence that is fully computerized to ensure optimum quality and consistency in every panel.

INSULATION:
KS39 RW High Rib panels with polyurethane insulation are offered in thicknesses of 1-9/16”, 2-3/4” & 4” providing the highest R-value of any commonly available insulation product. The rigid insulating core is thermally fused to the inner and outer steel facings giving the panel superior composite structural performance.

FACINGS:
KS39 RW High Rib panels have a standard 26 gauge face of smooth or stucco embossed galvanized steel to ASTM A653 G-90 or galvalume designation. The base steel is a structural quality to minimum Grade “A” 33 ksi, conforming to ASTM A924. Consult factory for optional panel facings of stainless steel in various gauges.

COATING SYSTEMS:
Standard KS39 RW High Rib panel finishes are Imperial White SMP - Silicone modified polyester with a nominal dry film thickness of 1.0 Mil including 0.2 Mil primer.

Optional finishes include Kynar PVF2; plastisol and polyester coatings in a range of stock and special order colors.

PANEL DESIGN:
KS39 RW High Rib panels incorporate a standing nested lap seam at the joint. This proven joint design includes an anti-siphon groove to prevent ingress of water from rain. The four standing ribs on the panel face are aesthetically pleasing and serve as an important strength characteristic allowing greater loads and spans over competitive products.

Panel coverage is available in standard 38-7/8" width.
